While Panshi has its loyal fans, some diners express concerns about wait times during busy hours. Certain peak times can see delays, especially with popular buffet items, which can test the patience of hungry guests.
The menu, although extensive, has been noted to lack certain traditional delicacies by some patrons. Suggestions include adding more street food options like chotpoti and piyaji, which could elevate the buffet experience further.
Parking can also pose a problem during busy hours, despite the free street parking available. Arriving early is advisable to guarantee a prime parking spot.
We had an amazing meal—enjoying some truly authentic Bangladeshi food at this restaurant was a highlight. The spices were just right, and every dish burst with rich, vibrant flavors. It was a delightful taste of home that made our experience extra special.
Great dine in experience and most authentic bengali taste! I would highly recommend if you are looking to taste bengali food in Birmingham.
I had a great time there. They do buffet and love every single curry. I tried most of it n my wife tried meat curry n fish and all the curries were delicious. They should add chana, chotpoti, piyaji n pakorah plus borta with the buffet plus Semai and firni as well for dessert and prices add 15 pounds for buffet per person so people will come more and more. I will advise them the restaurant owners do more marketing so people will know about it.We don't have any other bengoli buffet in Birmingham this is the reason if you bring more varieties food for bengoli people then definitely people will come.
Sheek kebab nice juicy done I had special noodles mixed chicken meat prawn eggs king prawns puree all very good can't complain too much noodle was banging good just like if you had in Bangladesh style food took time to come was worth wait

Review doesn’t justify this place, we went for dinner there. Four of us ordered Kala bhuna, Lamb shatkora, Hilsha fish egg bhuna and mas satni ( with some side dishes). All of us was very pleased with the food. Tasty food with reasonable price. The rice portion was massive. The after meal tea was soo good as well. They give you fan-gua (betel leaf/nut)😂 with the check . We will go back again if we visit Birmingham soon. ( Apologies,Took the picture too early before everything was on the table)
The best restaurant for Bengali food. They serve best of the best food. Loved their food, smooth service, very humble & caring people. Clean atmosphere & clean toilets. I will definitely visit again soon!
